Manchester United clinches English Premier League title

Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo embraces the Barclays Premier League trophy after a 0-0 draw with Arsenal on Saturday earned the Red Devils the championship.

Manchester United tied Arsenal, 0-0, Saturday to capture a third straight English Premier League title and match Liverpool's mark of 18 league championships.

It wasn’t the best performance by United, and they showed that a slick passing team that takes care of the ball can give them plenty of problems (are you listening Barcelona?). Still, they defended well and did what they had to in order to secure the title. It was a nervy performance, and they were on the verge of blowing it, but they came through in the end. Now, they’ll focus on the real prize of the season, their second consecutive Champions League title.
